Try Stairly on your own stairs. If it doesn't help, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you.

2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return instructions.
3. Once your return is received, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Wrong size?

Check our Size Guide before ordering. If the fit is still off, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it for the right size.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
